I've got the MY-EN game client, an account, a character everything. So I click "Enter" to go into the in-game world. Upon which the loading screen appears and it goes through that easily, but when the screen goes black, the music fades out and there is a small box that reads something like "Entering Perfect world please wait." My Computer will suddenly reboot, but it dosnt even turn off proporly. Its entering perfect world one minute the next its booting up, ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! Please can someone tell me how to fix this problem. After all the hassle this game has given me I desperatly want to play it. Ted

Your problem is that your comp gets to hot because it has to work more when you enter the game world or so is it your graph card that cant handle the game but i doubt that it is your graph card because i played PW with a intergrated 58MB graph card Try running a scan disk or check if all the fans in your comp are running as they shud (Dont check the fans unless you know what you are doing)
The one and only svedlord Thanks for the siggie Armorking ^^

it cant be that the computer is getting too hot, the computer reboots at exactly the same point each time and I have had the computer running for under 5 minutes so it wouldnt suddenly heat up too the point of rebooting that suddenly

go to my-Computer->properties->advanced->options of "start and recover"->uncheck "restart automatically" the next time you enter PW there should be a bluescreen instead of a reboot.

Tedman, try this, maybe it will work with your problem. + Go to Your PW folder/element/userdata/layout and delete all files there. + Go to Your PW folder/launcher and run fixit.exe (wonder if PW-MY has this file) to automatically check files for update and error. + If you don't have this file, you can run PW as usual, and click button "Check file" or something like this (the button at the third row. I think the first is "Log in" or "Enter", the second one is "Manual" and the third one is "Check" ^^!). + After Checking for update and error files, run game again and say "Buddha Amitabha" 3 times, or just pray for it (j/k)

Isn't it obvious? He can post the bluescreen msg here and i'll probably be able to tell him what's wrong. Bluescreens are mosty caused by faulty hardware or driver problems.

ther must be an error code...smth like this: STOP: 0x0000001A (0x0000000F,0x20340200,0x012301203) ERROR_TYPE if you goolge the first number (the one after STOP: ) you get some information about whats happening and with the ERROR_TYPE you also get to know where your pc crashes.

what Sakorah said. If you can't find anything, post the STOP: message here. Don't forget to include the name of the file that caused the crash, it is usually mentioned at the bottom of the BSOD, for example tcp.sys

This is known to happen then the video driver does not support a feature needed by the game, have seen this happen with other games at other people.. (I had it only with Portal once). Try updating your video drivers to the latest (stable) version and still post that error message as it has been said. Perhaps something else is going. This is only a guess of mine but sounds very familiar to me heh
