EA what socket gems to use?? Defence Gear

Hi, I am playing an Elf Archer and I am using the lvl 30 military rank1 gear you get from ancient Dragon city once getting 300 rep. I was wondering what soulstones to use in my 2 socket chest and pants, also have a cloak with a socket.
They are grade 4 gear, so should I invest in G4 stones?

Should I put Health Point gems since my Con is very low "12 +2 from bracers"
or should I put dodge gems and have it increased with my wings of protection buff?
or Psychical defense? I don't think mana stones would be the best choice, since mana isn't a problem for me w/ pots.
It's better to stay alive than go OOM "out of mana"

HP or Eva but HP would be better if ur lazy at switching
