Ways to decrease delay? Options

Is there any way I can decrease the delay I get because of living in the US, playing on Malaysian servers?....any settings I can change on my wireless, my router, does my actual connection speed have anything to do with it?

i dont think that you can change the delay, that are the super modern servers...Evil or Very Mad

the only (realistic) thing you can do is to learn to play with the delay. For example pressing a skill button before the previous skill finishes casting, etc.
