Oh and whenever i try to open task manager it tells me that the administrator has disabled it and im on admin and i cant find where at i can reenable it from?

Might be that you have vista btw what is your comp specs and how old is your graph card?
If you are unlucky so do you have to reinstall your comp.
Also press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and check for any suspsicious processors running and such and close them if you find any because some drain loads from your comp

Thanks for the siggie Armorking ^^

You're on admin and have that message about admin rights? This remind me of a virus type that disables control panel and some other's Windows tools/services such as Group Policy, Folder Options... Do you have any problem with them???
