It says these are used to craft powerfull gears and weapons, but how? How do i use Mirage Stones and the both Blood's?

Well you can upgrade stuff with the named items, but i dont know how. I go to a blacksmith, put everything in de boxes, hit enter and it says something like "Offcourse, bla bla cannot do this"...

mirage stones are used to upgrade equipment at the elder in each town.
2 x mirages for weapons
1 x mirage for armor
blood of pawn, etc is needed to craft high lvl equipment near general sorely in adc , at those baskets
