It is better that you concentrate on STR as it increases your ATK and Physical Def. It will help you kill faster and take less dmg. The HP you gain from CON does not equal to the dmg and def you get with STR. Even with more HP, you still have to sit like every 2 mobs under lvl 30...

You can do 3/2 til lvl 5 or 10 then switch to 2/2/1

The secret to success, whether it's women or money, is knowing when to quit. I oughta know: I'm divorced and broke.

There are many variations that you can take. It depends on your playing style. Do you like to deal more DMG or do you prefer to Crit more? Those are the questions that you should ask yourself...not someone else. If it is more DMG then you should go either 3Str..1Agi..1 Con or 3Str..2Agi..Con every other lvl. Most people will tell you 2Str..2Ago..1Con. That is the standard build.

i first started out my build with 2str 2agi 1 con then stopped when con was at 40..using 3str 2dex now..i don't recommend 4str 1agi..dex still needs to be pumped up to increase evasion and hit..hp increase from con is not that high compared to other games..BTW, you get i think +12 HP every lvl up so u still gain HP in the long run..just ready your fingers for ur potion hotkey..at lvl 56 i have 2.7k HP with 45 con..u can craft ur equipment also and use armors with +con attributes if you want more HP or use HP stones and compound it to your armors..
