Clan Betaapparentaly you need a clan to get in so i figured wikiperia should give it a shot....it should be starting anytime soon...but ill leave the decision up to LD

Well im not in Wikiperia but if i ever got an invite i would join. Also if their planning on doing Clan Beta in Darkfall count me in ^_^

Hehe ,well its all up to LD ,not sure if I wanna play darkfall since i'm waiting for Tabula Rasa ^^ Still this could be a multi gaming guild

I would definetly want to play I like the sandbox idea and how you acctualy don't need lvls for weps skills and armor and that you can do whatever you like Whoever i do think this will be boring after a few months cuz you haven;t got anything to aim for ( like goals and such) but it would be a nice time consuming game ^^ untill PW OPB is here

Darkfall is abit of vaporwar if you ask me ,but this game is being made by just some guys not by a company so it gives an excuse ^^

I'm already in an established Darkfall clan,and am awaiting beta. So I wouldn't be able to join any Darkfall-based Wikiperia clan,sorry. By the way Cyanhide do you take 'being proven wrong about vaporware' with mockery or cheese? Because Darkfall is going to be released.

2 things to aim for? Most mmo's give you options of various things. Join a guild isn't really an aim either, it's a necessity Making any of those things are also a necessity An aim is what you do after you have what you need to play.

Its the development time which makes me wonder if this game will ever see the light... its ok if games take very long, but nearly everytime this happens, they are stuck in development due to major problem. And since this game should already be in BETA years ago, but its so slowly progressing - it sounds like they are facing major problems which I am not sure if they can manage in a reasonable amount of time.
Just look at all those large company titles like Ultima Online 2, UO Odysse, Wish etc. All got cancelled but the even had a beta already running - for me its clear that the development of a MMORPG is so complex and difficult that you can never predict if games come out or get cancelled. And at the moment I don't see much light for Darkfall, surely I hope I am wrong, but only time will tell.

Only reasons to play this game is full player looting and skill based gaming rather then level based gaming

It looks real cool...and uhm i didn't read the preview it's waaaaaaay to long .....but it's nice to have a real non lvl based game...^^ and that you can pvp lvl..(I think) so you wouldn't only have to lvl pve but pvp 2 ^^ that would be nice but still PW's the best

Manually-aimed attacking and blocking & manual spellcasting. Naval and mounted combat,with ships that sink and mounts that can be killed. Gravity/wind effects on arrow firing. Full loot PvP. Hmm i talked to my dad about it and he said his guild in martial heroes (Final Light,Final Light II, and Final Light III) all combined members around 300 signed up for Clan beta a long time ago. They still havnt gotten an accept or decline

MHH thnks for Summary and i dunno I hope it'll come 2 just to try something else than the avarage MMO but still they're the best even thou darkfall has everything a MMO acctually needs the only thing is you still canlt fly there and swim and such and i don't realy like the way you'll have to strafe to hit enemies and such i'll be AOEíng alot i think ^^ and it'll come i think joymax is hosting it or something so things we can excpect are lagg and bad GM'ing....:P but still it'll be worth playing
