It's left hanging there, halfway completed. BTW, hope you know that Miana isn't a native English speaker either, but still makes sure when asking for help to ask properly  . It's common sense to ask the right way so people "can" help you because then, they know what you're talking about. I've seen many non-english speakers ask for help on this forum and they still managed to let people know what they needed.

what you have to do is: assuming you just got the quest from elliot.
go to the place where you started when you first made your character to login, thats where you'll find him

go to dragon seeker near guide of ant race city eg,. when u make new character u will come near guide there is one dragon seeker and dragon token envoy also for the quest of eliot love dragon findin u hav to meet dragon seeker of any city
