Hello fellow Wikiers of New Dawn

As you DLR and your girlfriend (she is your girlfirned isn't she?) seems to be in voting fewer right now... I just wanted to give a short statement regarding the recent activities and ongoing "decisions" of the upcoming clan directives etc. !

Surely I honor your enthusiasm regarding the clan and I am also ok with your polls (nice work). However as nothing has decided yet (I didn't feel the need for this right now, as we stillhave plenty of time till the launch of PW in english), here is how I would deal with it:

Technically me would be the guild leader of New Dawn. So all guild related problems, wishes, thoughts etc. would be directed to me and or Sciva and they would be handled accordingly WITH the voices of all of our members in mind! Then we would have different council members. Those would lead the different areas in the game. E.g. Event, Raid, Quest, Crafting Leader etc. ! All depending on what people would like to do and what they want to lead. Everything else I am sure will come with time during the lifespawn and our experinces within the game. Hard to tell now as we can't play the game yet

As I've said, the title is only going to be for figurehead purposes, there is still going to be the same council making the same decisions with everyones opinion being heard whenever we decide to meet up together

The reason I've pushed for all of this right now is because I personally feel that it's better to get all these things decided here and now so that we're all set when the game does come out

And if that's the way you want to do things, then you have much more experience in this kind of thing then I do

I have been watching all the guild talks and I have to say that it feels like much of it has been rushed. I just think that these things will solve themselves more naturally without deciding too much beforehand. We don't even know who will still be playing PW when English beta and later on retail will be here. Many have not yet played the game but are waiting for an English version to come out. Many, most likely, have not decided how to do about the game. Sure, it will be free to play, so a lack of funds won't anyone away, but we have already seen people say this game is not what they were looking for. I think many more opinions will come about the game once an understandable version comes out. ^^:

Without naming or blaming anyone, I agree with LD about there being posts from many members all over the place, too. Why can't we just share the knowledge about PW and have fun? ^^

Agree with Lord Devil and Yama. No need to rush it. Now if i can just share some thoughts i have for what i think the is a must for the Leaders/Generals: I think you need to have in mind that all them need to be guys that play the game with frequency becouse its them who admit people to join the Clan and the administration stuff so its not easy task. But one more thing for the Leader only, he need to be a honest and trusty guy becouse is him who will take care of the Clan financy.

The Clan will be for you ALL. Noone need to rule it, its a community. The only thing that change between the members and the generals is that they can admit people. But when a member want to put someone in the guild you just need to ask for some general or for the leader to put him. So thats no difference at all. In my view everybody is the council, this council thing even didint exist thats bullshit. All the members are the council and everybody can choose and vote and play together. Thats why im saying that the "Generals" need to be guys who play with frequency. Becouse only them and leader can admit new members. So nothing change between them and the Members, they dont have more power or anything. We can decide all togheter, even the rules like the lvl cap the person need to join and everything else for have no confusions after. Thats how i think would be the best way to have a Clan. It calls Clan in game but it can work just like we want, it can be more a community then a Clan.

So for the "Generals" you should wait, to see who will play with frequency and of course would be good know them a little so they dont screw up the clan. Being a general dont mean that they can pull out anyone they want for ex. it must the discussed. Also playing with frequency, they have more experience about the game and level so that they can help the beginning ones.

Ps: Im just saying Generals becouse thats how they are called in game i think

@meketreff: I agree 100% with u and yoma, for sure my husband and cyan.. Well, if this forum would be in German it would be much easier for me to write my statements. So it's a bit hard to tell u what I think and maybe thats the problem why I'm so passive here.

Usually I'm as active as my husband, but my english isn't that good and I need much longer for a post than he does. Here is at least my statement, and I hope u all understand it right

I'm used to be Second Leader. I'm used, that my husband is Main Leader. I'm used to be the person who is called if stress is in the air, cause I'm able to write hours with people to prevent my family, and thats a Clan for us, from anger. My husband is more the type of planing. He makes raids, he has fun with planning guild meetings etc..
My husband is the silent one, who makes fun in the guild (please, I don't mean he isn't able to convey, he just ever said: I'm done for talking, and he is done for doing )

When I read the first time that DLR wanted to become a Leader of a Clan I understood him, but I know today as I will know when the English Version is here: It won't be our Clan. We don't need those exactly rules, we never needed it. In our guild was fun the main priority and then came the rest. We work the whole day, in the evening we visit our horse, then we come online.. Maybe we are just able to write more in the evening, but we are here. We read all and I must say one thing:

I suggested to my husband that he should turn off the post count in the offtopic area. I never liked spaming, I dislike it here too, but well.. u all enjoy my lack in English writing..

Maybe some of u got the feeling, that DLR is a Forum Leader, but I can't agree with that. He was a spamming person. He made sensless polls (not all, but some) and he talked about things, he wasn't really authorized too. Thats like Arnold Schwarzenegger would tell Bush how he shall rule America. (Ok, maybe that wouldn't be that worse.. but let's stay at the topic

What I wanted to say is just: We will surely make a Clan. We surely need help, and members, and fun. But the story about a council and and and.. Come on guys.. Who wants to know today what we will do in some months? o.O

So I'm sure, this text will be to hard to read and my husband will say to me: U can't write it that way, but my range in english words isn't that wide.. So I hope u understand me right, if not, my husband surely does and will correct it for me :P

Wow nice. Thats right "first come the fun then the rest" well said. Please Sciva just write how you want, i think your post are really understandable but even if not we can easily try, (:. No need to not post becouse of that. So fell free when you want to do so. And nice statment. I like horses so much, i was born i one farm but i dont live there anymore. So glad we have some in comom. I like ppl who like horses.

Has for me, i dont think of darklordryu being leader of anything, i sure agree he was flooding and making all how he wanted to do. And thats was why i have never maked any post in the clan section till he said he will leave, im sry but thats the true i dont like the felling of being in a Clan where someone whant to rule everything and make what he want and he was going to be the leader how the thing was getting. Maybe if he's smart he will take this kind of thing not has a offence but to him make himself better in that matter.

I would like to join you guy's clan when the English version is out. I agree with what Sciva and the others said(well the part about DLR, I wasn't here yet so I don't know anything about that). Sciva your English isn't that bad. I have seen worse, in my mmorpging days. I will be playing the Malaysian(English version OB) for sure. Until then I will be messing around in the current Malaysian version. My IGN will be Twiz(in the English version and the current Malaysian version). So look for me if you want.
