The title explains it,mostly.Well,can i?If i'm the same level as the pet in the egg,can i hatch it and use him?
If not,how can i get one of those passive pets?You know.Just...A pet.Not a fight pet.A companion :D.

If you are talking about the combative pets, then yes you can buy it from user stores. If you want to hatch them, just go to the pet instructor npc and click on the hatch option. However you must have enough space in your pet backpack in order to hatch one.
If you are talking about the passive pets, I know there's one quest where you have to get certain number of bronze and silver dragon in order to trade for a white horse, but that quest takes quite a while. The npc for that quest can be found at the place where you were born. (First village you are in when you started a new character)

Oh nice, a quest for a white horse ^^ the horses are so beautifull in this game. Ill be wing i hope i can do that too. Can the passive or mount pets die? And you know more or less what lvl can someone do that?
It's okay to eat fish because they don't have any feelings.

If im not wrong you can only get a "ride" pet at lvl 30 and above...
 Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes.
