I think that just stopping the hostile attitude towards other guilds is good and should be the first step. I think allying is good but what should be done now is to just stop the hate between each other.

I am also a member of Grand Divison and this is my thought about all this ( I hope you will read what I have to say because I think it's useful):
Everyone here understands that this is just a game and all the E-drama is just unnecessary.
I also want to point out that we are not politicians, there are times that people make jokes that are sarcastic.
I've noticed on our forums that it's hard to see when someone makes a joke.
If you reread the forum where the hostility began, you will see Masta made a joke about kicking low level players out once our guild begins to become stronger.
There might also be other things that have been said, but I think it started over this little shitty thing.
I for one am in favor of an alliance, why? :
- A bigger community is always fun.
- We are definitely going to be the first guilds in this game.
That means we will probably have the best knowledge.
Wouldn't it be great if all the oldest guilds were to form an alliance?
That would make us unbeatable.
Wars are fun, but there is a bigger chance you get hit by a car today than that the oldest guilds of a game are allied.
Don't worry there will be enough people later on that want to challenge us out of jealousy.
When I read this topic, I also don't see retarded or arrogant people.
Just words that are misinterpreted.
I hope we can all make smart moves to enjoy this game to the fullest.

Well Ichigeki, you said you don't see any arrogant people, I could point you back to posts where Masta admitted to arrogance.
After seeing the overall feelings of my Guild they don't seem interested in the war. I won't guide them in a war they have no interest in fighting.
Yet an alliance doesn't fit me, I still don't like your Guild politics and you probably don't like mine. So lets just walk away from this and pretend that it didn't happen.

Well, I respect your wishes not to ally us. Although I would like to bring a matter you mentioned in your post if you aren't offended by it. You talk about Guild politics. You are probably referring to the fact that you got the impression that Masta is running a dictatorship. It's a shame that you are still worrying about that because of a few comments that were not meant to be serious. Masta has told me he listens to every guild member and actually takes every suggestion/comment seriously. These are not just words, I have seen him do this on our own forums. He must be a very lousy dictator if he listens to his guild members.:D(this is not to attack anybody, just a joke. Since some people do not know when someone is joking I'm explicitly saying this. I'm not saying this to convince you to ally us. Neither do I want to be cheeky in any way. This is just how I experienced this matter and probably how a lot of people think about. I hope that you understand what you have experienced on these forums doesn't say anything about the guild's community.

From what I hear about your community, out of Masta's mouth he let's you all do what you want til the game releases. I've heard many people come to me and say, they said this they said that.
You say people can't see why others are joking, we seem to have had alot of fun here in this community til now. If Masta was joking why did he carryon with the arrogance he showed us at this community. Why did that even continue, believe me if he was joking it all would've ended right there but it didn't did it?
Thats all I'm saying, check my track record I'm known to joke around here. Til someone attacks someone else.

Although i will be instating some basic rules for the guild as a base to keep things organized, everyone in the guild will still be able to voice their opinion and i will listen 100%. I have let them do what they want up to this point because of 1) My arrogance 2) The game has not released Things will be MUCH organized and more official once the game begins, already we've started working our way towards this as you can see in the forums. Regardless, the war is over this is what i wanted and it happened. I will not be returning to post in this topic. The meeting is finished.

Yes,to answer your question: jokes can lead to serious insults when misinterpreted. That's probably what happened. You seem to find arguments why we are bad or have done things wrong in a way. But apologies have been made about that so to be honest I am scratching my head reading your arguments ,because I'm not even trying to point out who is the ''bad guy''. That's actually the biggest problem ( but also the most common and completely human) people make. Always trying to point out who was wrong and concentrating on that. But Masta has apologized, what more can he do? The problem is found and more or less solved. It's nice that you still want to stay neutral, but I was referring to the fact that you want to stay neutral because you have doubts of us. Masta is the guild leader and makes the decisions, but I for one am glad if you rally wanna forget about this and move on, thanks. I also think there is nothing more to be discussed as you said you want to stay neutral yourself so...case dismissed I guess
